Valentines 2024 – from the Historic West End
Surprise that special someone with a romantic carriage ride in Downtown Dallas. There are 2 different types of carriages to choose from: the Open Carriage and the Princess Carriage.
PICK UP LOCATION – Please meet the carriage at 702 Ross Ave. This is at the corner of Ross and Market St. directly across the street from the Y.O. Ranch Steakhouse. We will have our sign on the sidewalk designating the pick up location.
Princess Carriage – 1/2 hr ride $125
The Princess Carriage will depart from the corner of Ross and Market (702 Ross to be exact). This is across the street from the Y.O. Ranch Steakhouse and right next to Wild Bills Western Wear in the West End. The ride times are at the top and bottom of the hour and the carriage will have music for the ambiance. The Princess Carriage is certainly a crowd pleaser. From the West End we have a couple choices for the route. You can choose a Historical Tour, where we go past the Kennedy Assassination site and some of the old downtown artifacts, OR you can choose a quiet/romantic ride possibly through Victory Plaza or some of the quieter areas of downtown. The Classic Open Carriage – 1/2 hr Ride $100
The rides for the Classic Open Carriage will depart from Ross and Market (702 Ross to be exact). This is right across the street from the Y.O. Ranch Steakhouse and next to Wild Bills Western Wear. Thee rides also depart at the top and bottom of the hour. All the carriages seat 4-6 average sized adults, but is also perfect for 2. When you arrive to the Loading Location, the driver will have your name for your reservation. The driver will have music for the ambiance, but would be happy to provide you with some interesting facts about Dallas – either way, we are happy to be a part of your Valentines Day celebration. The scenery is generally the choice of the driver, but if you have something you would like to see, as long as it is within the time frame of the horse and carriage, our driver will be happy to accommodate.
