The Open Carriage  –  $205-$285                                                                                                                                                                                                  

(4-6 Passengers) The Open Carriages are perfect for immediate families and romantic evenings.  As always, we will provide the Christmas music, you bring the blankets, drinks, and Holiday Spirit. This carriage is for the romantic couple, date night with friends, or the immediate family to spend quality time enjoying the lights  in Deerfield. All carriages seating capacity is firm! 

The Princess – $225-$305                                                                                                        

(4-6 Passengers) This carriage is unique and one of a kind and suited for the true “Cinderella Experience.”  If you are wanting to impress for “Date Night” consider this a one of a kind way to top off the evening, or get the evening started. If you have that Little Princess that really believes she IS Cinderella, then give her that experience on the Princess Carriage. At least for an hour, make believe can become reality. As always, Christmas Music is provided and you are welcome to bring whatever you’d like to drink. Lids are strongly recommended. Bring the camera, you wont want to leave without a picture in the Princess Carriage.

The 8-10 Passenger Party Wagon – $295-$395                                                                

(8-10 passengers)  The Original Party Wagon accommodates larger family groups or if you have a group of 6-7 that wants extra room for your hour ride, and don’t feel like the carriage will be comfortable for an hour.    The Wagonette is wooden wheeled and pulled by a large draft horse.  We bring Christmas music, you bring the drinks and Holiday Spirit, just like the other carriages and wagons.  Much like the carriages, there is no additional seating available on this wagonette.

The 12 Passenger Wagonette – $335-$475                                                          

(12 Passengers) Wagonettes seat approximately 12 passengers.  The Wagonette is perfect for a couple of families or small group celebrating the Christmas Season.  As always, Christmas music is provided, you bring the drinks and Holiday Spirit.

The Parade Wagon – $375-$525                                                                                                    

(18-20 Passengers) Likely our most popular choice during Christmas!  These are perfect for multiple families, corporate events, family gatherings, and Christmas Parties.  The Parade Wagons are pulled by a pair of draft horses and seat 18-20 passengers.  If your party is mostly children, you should be able to get a full 20 passengers on the wagon.  If it is mostly adults, 18 would be capacity for sure.  Your driver will have Christmas music.  Feel free to bring the cookies, candy, and beverages for the group. Small coolers or a thermos would be certainly welcome.   If you want to bring treats for the horses, we will give them at the end of the shift for sure.  The Horses always look forward to that time of the night…

Weather Policy – in the event of bad weather, we will make the decision by 2:00 on the day of the reservation, NOT BEFORE. When you reserve your carriage, please provide a text friendly number, AND make sure you email address is one that you check frequently!  In the event of a cancelation, we will text and email through the booking engine where you booked.  The email will be from Peek Pro.  Once you receive the email and text, please just respond that you received this information.  NEW FOR 2025 – If we have to cancel due to bad weather, NORTH STAR CARRIAGE is no longer providing refunds.  You will be issued a VIP credit for the following year.  Details will be sent to you that day should this situation arise.  The determining factor for us canceling rides for the evening would be based on our ability to keep the seats dry.  Many of the carriages have tops, so just because there is rain in the area, doesn’t mean we will be canceling carriage rides for the night.  This means if there is a light mist or threatening rain, but not actually raining, we will likely attempt to operate.  WE WILL NOT CANCEL FOR WIND OR COLD.

Refund Policy – If for some reason we need to refund your ride, we will keep refunds on file and process them the Monday after Christmas which should make them funded by Dec 31st at the latest.

Rescheduling your reservation – Please use the Reschedule Link on your original confirmation.  This will be much faster than reaching us by phone to reschedule your ride.  This link only works if you are rescheduling for the SAME PRODUCT, ie. same seating capacity carriage. If you need to change to size of your carriage, you must email us for a cancelation of the original reservation, then rebook your ride with the carriage that you need.  Those refunds are processed when we cancel the original reservation.   

Cancelation Policy – All cancelations made prior to the 72 hrs mark before your ride are refundable. within 72 hrs, we do not issue a refund, we will do a VIP Credit for the following year, but no refund.
